Fees
Hammond Park Family Practice is a mixed billing practice, however we do Bulk Bill patients under age 16 years, over age 65 years, Those who hold a valid concession card, Pensioners Card/DVA Card, Health Assessments, Care Plans, Children Immunisations.
Standard Fees for Non-Medicare Patients
NORMAL OPENING HOURS
These fees are normal opening hours between Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm (8.30 am – 3.30pm Wednesday)

AFTER HOURS
These fees are for afterhours opening hours. These hours are weekdays before 8am or after 8pm, Saturdays after 1pm and all day Sunday and Public Holidays.

Cancellation Fees
Please contact the surgery prior to your appointment if you are unable to attend, failing to do this or not attending your scheduled appointment this will result in a charge of $40.00 per standard appointment or $80.00 for a long booked consult.

Medicare does not cover all services.
